Tasi Moana Trust is a charity dedicated to supporting individuals transitioning from prison back into the community. We understand that reintegration can be one of the most challenging stages of a person’s journey, and our mission is to provide the support, guidance, and stability needed to make that transition successful.
Through safe accommodation, appropriate programmes, cultural connection, and practical life support, we work alongside individuals to help rebuild confidence, restore relationships, and create pathways toward long-term independence.
